Evolution
Delphis
Art Deco
A mechanical icon reimagined through the lens of Art Deco. The Delphis Art Deco transforms time into a sculptural composition of geometry, light and motion.
Time Becomes Architecture
The Delphis Art Deco reinterprets one of Chronoswiss most iconic complications through the refined geometry of the Roaring Twenties. A nickel-coated, laser-structured dial creates a subtle three-dimensional surface, contrasted by a gold-plated minute scale and a vibrant blue guilloché small seconds. Encased in matte grey Grade 5 titanium, the watch combines architectural clarity with contemporary materials. At its core, the Delphis complication orchestrates time through a jumping hour, retrograde minutes and rotating seconds. The result is a timepiece where design, craftsmanship and mechanics converge into a distinctly modern expression.

Movement
C.6004
The manufacture movement from Chronoswiss, marks a significant advancement in the brand's engineering excellence. First introduced in 2023, this movement is distinguished by its ruthenium plating, a tungsten rotor and a Côtes de Genève finishing radiating from the center & echoing the brand's signature ray Guilloché. Developed in collaboration with La Joux-Perret, featuring 55 hours of Power reserve this complex movement is to be found in the next generation timepieces of Chronoswiss.

Materials
Titanium
Chronoswiss increasingly favors titanium for its lightness and strength. With the best strength-to-weight ratio among metals, titanium is highly sought after in aerospace. As it is corrosion-resistant and skin-friendly Chronoswiss exclusively selects Grade 5, the toughest available titanium alloy, ensuring unparalleled durability.
Artisian handcraft
Hand Guilloché
Guilloché is a traditional technique, which engraves detailed, interwoven lines on surfaces, creating unique light patterns. Chronoswiss excels in this art, producing dials with precise, radiating designs using two main guilloché machines: the straight-line and rose engine. Despite the absence of manuals for over two centuries, Master-Guillocheurs have maintained their expertise through a deep understanding of these machines. Creating one of those complex dials takes several hours.
Complication
Jumping Hours & Retrograde Minutes
The Delphis complication presents time in a dynamic and unconventional way. At 12 o’clock, the jumping hour advances instantaneously, while the retrograde minute hand sweeps across the scale before snapping back to its origin. Below, the small seconds rotate continuously, completing the composition. This interaction of displays creates a constant sense of motion, turning the reading of time into a mechanical performance.

Our Vision
With the Delphis Art Deco, Chronoswiss draws inspiration from the design language of the 1920s, a period defined by geometry, symmetry and modern progress. The watch translates these principles into a contemporary mechanical form, where structure, proportion and contrast take center stage. It is not a revival, but a reinterpretation. A meeting point between historical design codes and modern mechanical expression.
