The Lunar Chronograph Aurora carries one of Chronoswiss’ most enduring complications into a contemporary era. Its fully CVD-coated dial shifts from deep green to vibrant blue, preserving the unmistakable architecture of the original while adding new depth. The chronograph center seconds is complemented by a 30-minute and 12-hour counter, an analog date, and a refined moonphase at 3 o’clock. Framed by the signature onion crown and paired with a grey nubuck strap, the Aurora balances heritage and modern expression with confidence.

With the Aurora, our intention was not to redesign a classic, but to reinterpret it through the lens of Modern Mechanical. We wanted to preserve its unmistakable architecture while introducing a contemporary surface that reflects how light, color and perception have become part of modern watch culture. The result is a familiar silhouette with a new emotional resonance - honoring its legacy while allowing it to evolve naturally into the present.
